Why leave a sinking ship? Is Nokia wobbling over its commitment to Windows? Or just stringing along the Symbian and Qt faithful? The cell-phone giant has published a lengthy open letter pleading with coders to keep building apps for phones running Symbian and Qt – at least in the short term.

jOOQ 1.5.6
jOOQ effectively combines complex SQL, type safety, source code generation, active records, stored procedures, advanced data types, and Java in a fluent, intuitive DSL.
Changes: This release consists mainly of code generation bugfixes and minor API improvements and enhancements. The most important improvement is ticket #90, by which lazy fetching and iteration over data is now supported. jOOQ lets you keep a reference to a Cursor that has an open JDBC ResultSet, to fetch data from on-the-fly. A few major code generation bugs were reported where the generated code may cause ambiguity due to an inconsistent API. This means that you will have to re-generate your schema after upgrading to version 1.5.6. Some of your code may not compile anymore after this upgrade.

Trojan Scan 1.4.1
Trojan scan is a simple shell script that allows
for simple but relatively effective checking for
trojans, rootkits and other malware that may be
using your server and network for unwanted (and
possibly illegal) purposes.
It works by listing all processes that use the
Internet with the lsof command (using -Pni flags).
This list is then transformed into signatures in
the form of process_name:port_number:user. These
signatures then are matched against the allowed
process defined in the configuration. If any
signatures of running processes are found that do
not match the allowed signatures, an email report
is sent including ps, ls, and optional lsof output.
Changes: This release renames all references as Trojan Scan. It adds a check for lsof output format on config generation.
It improves generation of configuration by using detected program paths. It adds a warning message on failure to find the required command.
