The p2pd package can be used to build scalable content distribution networks (CDNs) for interactive video-on-demand (VoD) streaming. It can be used as a server, a cache, and a client, and used to construct both traditional CDNs and P2P-based CDNs that make use of client resources to stream video files. The system is network aware, attempts to make efficient use of the available resources, and adapts to server failures.
Changes: Initial version. Can be used to build CDNs, but this is a beta version and not suitable for production usage.

css-tools is a suite of tools for managing a large collection of CSS. It doesn’t contain an editor, but is intended to be used alongside an editor. Use css-tools to find out what needs doing, then use your editor to do it. At a later date, plugins for popular editors may be created so as to streamline the workflow. At present, css-tools contains one program, ‘cssi’, which parses and searches selectors.
Changes: Initial freshmeat announcement. This release contains one program, cssi, which parses and queries selectors in one or more CSS files. It can search by line, file, dup, tree-match, last, or rows. In tree-matching, it can apply prepension limits.

The trading shim is a command line interpreter with a DBMS backend to the socket-based ‘binary format’ API of the Interactive Brokers’ Trader Workstation. It uses mnemonic ASCII text commands to permit downstream clients to easily access several worldwide securities markets and exchanges (stocks, options, futures, bonds, and Forex) for "tick" data and history (intraday and EoD). It also allows clients to initiate and supervise trades of securities, manage accounts, and more.
Changes: This release adds the OrderLag configuration variable to control order pacing. This time delay works to avoid 2102 errors from the IB tws ("Unable to modify this order as it’s still being processed"). This release validates the shim for server-side API levels of 46, 47, and 49 (IB seems to have skipped 48), and fixes the version mismatch warnings for market data.
